Whether graduation from veterinary school is looming on the horizon or quickly becoming a fond memory, compensation for your medical services is one of the most important issues you must address. Today, most veterinary practices use one of four compensation models - flat salary, straight commission, percent of revenue generated and base salary plus percentage of production (ProSal).
